Exécutif Chef Mickael Do Van has an impressive Michelin Star background, he has a storied career working in prestigious 5-star palaces such as the Hôtel de Crillon, the Four Seasons Paris George V*** , Kasteel Withoff** in Belgium under LAmbroisie*** in Paris, Park Lane Jakarta and the Mandarin Oriental in Aisia**

For over ten vears he worked alongside such culinary luminaries as Bernard & Mathieu Pacaud, Eric Briffard, Jacques Cagna and Dominique Bouchet.

Also Inspired by chefs like Joël Robuchon, Yannick Alleno and Jean Francois Piege..
